Launching the Application * Run the standalone executable (main.exe if built with PyInstaller) or python main.py if using the script. * The main window contains four tabs: 1. SMTP Settings – Configure your email accounts. 2. Send Panel – Add leads, write messages, upload invoices/W-9s, and send emails. 3. Console – Displays log messages for actions like uploads, sending status, and errors. 4. Contact Us – Shows developer contact information. --- ## 2. SMTP Settings Tab * Purpose: Add and manage the email accounts used for sending emails. * Actions: * Add your SMTP accounts (Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP server). * Only Active accounts will be used in sending. --- ## 3. Send Panel Tab This is where you prepare and send emails to your leads. ### Step 1: Sender Information * Name: The sender’s display name. * Email: The sender email address. * Reply-To: Optional, defaults to sender email. ### Step 2: Message Setup * Subject: Email subject. * Message Body: Enter your email content. * You can use placeholders: * {ceo} → Replaced with lead CEO name. * {applicant} → Replaced with lead email. ### Step 3: Upload Attachments * Invoice: Upload your PDF invoice (will be personalized per lead). * W-9: Upload additional W-9 forms (optional, multiple allowed). ### Step 4: Leads Management * Add Lead: Type email and click Add. * Import Leads: Load from CSV or TXT (format: email, CEO name, Company name). * Export Leads: Save current lead list to CSV. * Clear Leads: Remove all leads and attachments. ### Step 5: Sending Settings * Delay (s): Seconds between each email. * Threads: Number of parallel sending threads. * Send: Start sending emails. * Stop: Stop sending emails anytime. ### Notes: * Each invoice PDF is personalized per lead using the CEO name and company name. * W-9 files are attached as-is. * The progress bar shows sending progress. * Console logs will display success, failure, and errors. --- ## 4.
